Winter Fashion Favorites – 2019

I have been finding a lot of great winter fashion finds lately, and as Black Friday approaches, I know many of you are out shopping for the latest deal like myself. I’ve got everything from my favorite running/athleisure tights (I wear them in both instances.) to two sweaters that are 50% off right now and Golden Goose dupes for $30.

If you know me, you know I love a good winter white. (My closet is probably a quarter white shirts.) Maybe it is the fact my mom never wanted me to buy white shirts as a kid. Ha! I actually got last year’s funnel neck version of this sweatshirt and wore it all the time, but honestly I like this year’s hooded version even better!

And these tights are still my all-time favorite. I wear them running and casually–they are absolutely amazing and worth every penny.

You can’t beat a solid flannel shirt for the winter months. This one is currently 30% off, and there are several different colors to choose from as well. These wedge booties are another must-have for winter. This is the third winter I’ve had them, and they still look brand new. They have held up really well, plus they are waterproof and grippy on the bottom, which is must for our Alaskan winters.

I used this sweater for our Christmas family pictures since it is a great ‘Christmas-red’ color. This sweater is a nearly-identical color, and here is the link to this same sweater in a slightly different color. These busted-knee jeans are another item I’ve had for a couple years and continue to wear them all the time, and you can’t beat 40% off with free shipping.

Can someone please explain why Golden Goose shoes cost so much money?! Sorry, but this girl will not be spending $500 on these shoes, but I will spend $30 for some dupes. I think they look super cute, and I wear them a couple times each week.

I am getting back into running and workout out, and it feels so good! I have a two month postpartum running post coming soon!

I bought this shirt at the end of my pregnancy and have been wearing it to the gym and as a baselayer for running. It is a nice loose fit, lightweight, and the body and arms are actually long enough, which is always a win in my book!

I wish this picture does justice for how cute this jacket is. I’ve wanted a medium-length coat in this color for a while, and you can’t beat the fact it is only $35 right now. And I’m continuing with my love for winter white with this pom-pom sweater that is 50% off as well as this turtleneck sweater that is super warm and cozy.

This is s sweater from lululemon last year, but I live in these jeans all the time–definitely a little more on the spendy side, but I have definitely gotten my money’s worth out of them. This belt is from Amazon for $13, and you’ve probably seen my leopard-print loafers a few too many times in this post. Grab a pair because they are less than $25.

This Brooks running top is great for temps in the 30s and 40s and maybe colder if you ‘run’ hot. (No pun intended.) I’ve linked a full zip-up version, and my tights are another favorite of mine.

After a month of hardly any blog posts, I’ve got two more lined up for this week, so check back tomorrow for a two month update on Bjorn’s life and a Black Friday post later on this week for all of the can’t-pass-up Black Friday deals!

Hi, I'm Michelle

I love running around the lakes of Minnesota, running after my two boys, and racing anything from the 5K to the marathon. I have been blogging here since 2010 when I ran my first marathon. I finally secured my sub-3 hour marathon after trying for 8 years.
