So Sore

Holy soreness!!! My muscles are SO sore from the marathon!! Literally every muscle in my body is sore: calves, hamstrings, quads, back, abs, the muscles in between my ribs (intercostals), shoulders, biceps, and forearms. That just proves running is a full body workout! I am also one slow-movin' gimp today! This is It

Tomorrow's the big day! By the time most of you read this, I will be running my second marathon---Mayor's Marathon here in Anchorage!! I'm nervous. I'm excited. I'm so glad my husband will be able to watch me this time. I'm anxious. I'm hoping for a PR and a Boston Qualifying time. (Read my other goals here.)
