After a one-week hiatus from the gym, Craig and I were back at it tonight! 🙂
A couple of hours before going to the gym, I had an apple as an afternoon snack.
I was a little worried there would be too much fiber in the apple and cause me to feel bloated when running this evening, but all was good!
After the gym, I devoured this wrap:
tortilla + mayo + mustard + lettuce + deli turkey + shredded cheese + red bell pepper + avocado + ground pepper
I sure hope you don’t get tired of seeing these wraps because I definitely have not gotten tired of eating them. . . . yet, but eventually I am sure that will change because it always does. (Can we say: granola bars and chicken?)
After the gym, we stopped at the grocery store to grab a few things. While we were there, we saw these chips on sale, so we picked up a bag. We have loved every Food Should Taste Good product we’ve ever had and these did not disappoint!
The rest of the night, I did my best to relax on the couch. I am such a busy-body though it is hard for me to sit still, but I tried. 😉
Tomorrow is a half-day at school, so I only teach classes in the morning, and then I have teacher in-service the second half of the day! 🙂
