Happy weekend, everyone! The sun was shining all day, and I had a fun run with a friend this morning. Workout & Food Diary {Tuesday}

Good food, two runs, and a those little extra things squeezed in for a all-around good day! 6:27 a.m. I wake up. My alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. I feel so much more refreshed if I wake up on my own rather than to an alarm. 6:50 a.m. Run 6 miles. I felt particularly good after a day off yesterday. My appetite is through the roof these days with running (Hoping to hit 60 miles this week!) and breastfeeding (which usually requires an additional 300 - 500 calories each day).
