I have spent the past 20 years running and developing my knowledge and expertise in running, and I would love to help others in their running goals. I ran in high school, college, and now enjoying running anything from the 5K to the marathon. Through my own coaching, I was able to cut nearly 30 minutes off my marathon time.
I offer personalized, daily coaching plans that include speed workouts, tempo runs, and track workouts. All workouts will be designed to fit your ability level and running goals.
Coaching plans will be sent virtually each week. I am available via unlimited e-mail, phone calls, Skype/Facetime, with prompt responses within 24 hours.
As we work together, your feedback on how each run/workout went will determine future workouts. I want you to enjoy the workouts and not feel as though they are outside your capability.
Think of a running coach as your personal trainer: I can provide you with workouts that will maximize your ability and help you reach your running goals—whatever they may be. A running coach can keep you accountable when you lose motivation and provide counseling when you aren’t sure which direction to take.
