Highlights from the Week

We made it to the weekend! And this weekend Daylight Saving Time ends, which means we get an extra hour. I always appreciate the extra hour in the fall. I'm not sure what I'll do--maybe I'll end up going to bed early, but a lot of that depends upon when Cullen is ready for bed. Food & Workout Diary {Tuesday}

I always enjoy seeing what people eat on a daily basis, so I thought I would share with you what I had to eat today. It was a pretty typical day of eating for me: 3 main meals with 2 - 3 snacks.
