I will admit, I sometimes struggle to eat enough vegetables each day. I have to be very intentional about getting enough veggies-- whereas I naturally crave fruits and carbs. The ways in which I do get my vegetable intake are by roasting them, steaming them, eating them raw, or in aΒ Green Monster Smoothie. I especially like broccoli steamed.
