Happy Friday and happy long weekend!
I’m going to be busy working this weekend, and I am also going to run a race tomorrow morning! I’m excited and nervous, per usual. I’m going to run the Pulsator 10K here in Anchorage. I love it because it is a low-key race, you never have to worry about parking, bib pick-up before the race (because I completely forgot to pick it up on Thursday!), and the race doesn’t end on a hill! The weather is always perfect for racing, so I hope that trend continues. (Although, the weather is pretty much perfect all summer here for racing.)
I’ve got a post coming next week about how my training has been going, so I’ll fill you in more then, but spoiler-alter: it’s been going really well!
