My appetite is through the roof these days with running (Hoping to hit 60 miles this week!) and breastfeeding (which usually requires an additional 300 – 500 calories each day). Here’s a recap of my workout and what I ate today.
5:30 a.m. Generation UCAN pre-workout beverage
6:00 a.m. Ran 8 miles with Brittany. Hill workout! I am loving that our workout finished in the daylight.
7:30 a.m. Generation UCAN post-workout beverage
8:00 a.m. Steel-cut oatmeal + avocado and nutritional yeast on an English muffin
10:30 a.m. apple + almonds
12:00 p.m. I snacked on some chip crumbs and salsa while waiting for my lunch to bake.
1:00 p.m. EVOL burrito + sauteed mushrooms + roasted cauliflower (A little random on the vegetables, but it was what we had an abundance of in the fridge.)
3:30 p.m. A free decaf vanilla latte because I finally filled the coffee card. (It only took me about two years to do.) I also had a slice of bread and Wheat Thins with Laughing Cow cheese.
Still hungry. . . .
4:00 p.m. Greek yogurt with honey.
6:30 p.m. Bean and veggie burritos that went unpictured because I was too preoccupied with Cullen.
Also throughout the day: a lot of water and Mother’s Milk tea.
