Food Diary {Thursday}

I often don’t document the food I eat, but it is fun to do it every once in a while. Here are my eats from Thursday.

Breakfast

Oatmeal with chia seeds, almond milk, banana, and a dollop of peanut butter.

I managed to make this bowl of oatmeal using one hand. It is amazing how much you can do while holding a baby.

These dried mangoes from Costco are so addicting. I find myself snacking on them every morning.

Snack

Mid-morning I snacked on this Luna caramel nut brownie bar. It held me over for a little while. My stomach is a bottomless pit these days while breastfeeding.

Lunch

Lunch could have been breakfast number two. This egg and bacon sandwich with Laughing Cow Cheese totally hit the spot. My smoothie included a container of raspberry Chobani Greek yogurt, a frozen banana, almond milk, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Yum!

I also had an orange. I can tell citrus fruits aren’t quite in season yet; this one was just average.

I’m sure I had at least a couple of other things to snack on in the afternoon, but I don’t recall what they were now.

Dinner

For dinner I reheated some taco meat with veggies that Craig had made up the previous night.

I inhaled them before this one started to get fussy and wanted his own dinner.

I love how he still curls up in a little ball like this.
