Champion Sports Bras, Round 2

I’m picky about my running clothes and running shoes. . . .okay, I’m picky about most things in my life.

I don’t want to notice my clothes when I run—and I especially want a good sports bra when I’m out running.

About a month ago, Champion contact me and asked if I was interested in trying out some of their sports bras; I happily said yes.

But I was skeptical. . . . .

I had received some Champion sports bras this winter and they definitely weren’t my favorite. I liked two of them, but the other two I don’t wear anymore.

I thought I’d give them a second chance, and heck, I’m not going to turn down free sports bras. . . .let’s be honest here.

I wore the maximum support Custom Criss-Cross sports bra on a 6 mile run and didn’t have any complaints about how it felt. The fabric was very soft, the straps were comfortable, and I didn’t have any chaffing.

It has maximum coverage and the back has three clasps like a regular bra. I have to admit the clasps in the back make it feel less sporty, so I’m not a huge fan of that, but other than that I liked it.

The medium support Space Dye sports bra is obviously designed for lower-impact activities but since I don’t have much to support, I wore it while running and was fine in it. I didn’t notice it, so that’s a good thing.

This sports bras was also very soft and fit well. Both sports bras were seamless, which I appreciate— otherwise I will probably chaffe.

On Champion’s website, you can go and get more information about all their sports bra; get your questions answered about sizing and fitting; and find the right sports bra for you.

Hi, I'm Michelle

I love running around the lakes of Minnesota, running after my two boys, and racing anything from the 5K to the marathon. I have been blogging here since 2010 when I ran my first marathon. I finally secured my sub-3 hour marathon after trying for 8 years.
