I guess I spoke too soon about the chilly weather yesterday. . . . It was 25* this morning (instead of 30* yesterday)!
Once again, I ran with a fellow teacher this morning at 5:30 a.m. She is really bubbly and outgoing, so she keeps me entertained. It’s fun. 🙂
We talked about school (of course), running (of course), and the fact we are both not ready for winter!!
We covered 6 miles in 51:30. My GPS was charged and ready to go this time. 🙂
When I first heard about Pinterest, I was really confused. I didn’t understand the concept and what all the hoopla was about. But, of course, since “everyone was doing it,” I thought I’d better hop on board too.
At first it seemed really pointless to me. . . . just looking through a bunch of random pictures to pin onto a virtual bulletin board?!?! That seems silly. But then I thought, well, what form of relaxation (watching TV, surfing the Internet, etc.) isn’t pointless anyway?
Within a couple of weeks of being on Pinterest, I got hooked. I can’t say I am crazyily addicted, but I do enjoy visiting the site a couple times a week to dream about the house I will never own, clothes I will never be able to afford, or the crafts I just don’t have time to make. 😕
I can dream though, right? 😉 Check me out on Pinterest.
