Sometimes when I find something I like, I eat it a lot, like too much and inevitably end up overdosing on it and then of course not liking it anymore.
These are things I have recently developed a distaste for:
Chobani—the strawberry, peach, and blueberry flavors
I still do like the pineapple and pomegranate flavors though!
Yes, sad, but true! It just doesn’t do it for me anymore. 🙁
I think I just need to take a break from them for a while.
I can’t get past the smell and the sandwiches are not that great–especially after having much higher quality sandwiches.
I love my carbs, but once again I think I just need a break from them.
I am really tired of my old-fashioned oats.
However, I love my steel-cut oatmeal!
Today’s breakfast was a bowl of thick, chewy steel-cut oatmeal. I love the texture and the taste is so much better than old-fashioned oats!
I went running today and finally made it to a yoga class too! 🙂

This morning I also went to a 90-minute Bikram yoga class. It felt so good to get back, but I have definitely lost some of my balance, strength, and flexibility!
For the past 3-4 weeks, my muscles have felt extremely tight, but after walking out of class tonight, they feel SO much better. I’m glad I stuck with Bikram and gave it a second chance! I love it now! 🙂
